The "cliquey" followers of my BLOG requested me not to pay heed to Gary Vay Ner Chuk's advice by entirely migrating to tumblr.com account for blogging...I've finally decided to follow "INTEGRATIVE THINKING" (Thanks to Roger Martin) approach - I'd rather continue with my BLOGSPOT account (as well as tumblr account)...After all, who in the world says that you've got to have EITHER OR decisions about everything in life...:)
On a serious note: All of my past articles and valuable reader's comments exist in this BLOGSPOT account....so I wanna respect and cherish that and rather continue posting in this account...
By the way, ROGER MARTIN is dean at Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto (Canada)...I'm reading his book "The Opposable Mind" these days which talks about "INTEGRATIVE THINKING" - Brilliant leaders are skilled at 'Integrative thinking' which essentially is the ability to hold 2 opposing ideas in their minds at once, and then reach a synthesis that contains elements of both but improves on each...
- I've "somewhat" tried to follow this same approach for my BLOGSPOT vs TUMBLR account decision for blogging !!! :)
